To release a vehicle seized under Section 165 (no insurance / Driving license). You MUST attend a Police Station in the county that seized the vehicle with your relevant documents. You will be issued with a release form which must be produced with photo I.D. when collecting your vehicle. Recovery and storage fees must be paid before release
To release a vehicle seized for no Road Fund Licence. You may collect direct from Mendem Motors on production of Photo I.D. V5 Registration Doc, a letter / doc showing your current address, which is not more than 3 month old. (All documents must show the same current address). Recovery and storage fees must be paid before release.
To release vehicle’S recovered following Road Traffic CollisionS, Obstruction, or Stolen. You will require Photo I.D. and in some cases proof of ownership if you are not the registered owner with PNC or named on the V5 registration document. Recovery and storage fees must be paid before release
TO RELEASE A VEHICLE SEIZED FOR USED IN CRIME. You will require Photo I.D. proof of ownership V5 and in some cases proof of insurance. Recovery and storage fees must be paid before release, unless payment by the relevant Police Force has previously been agreed.
TO RELEASE VEHICLE CONTENTS. You will require photo I.D. and be the current owner of the vehicle on PNC. Property will be stored for a maximum of 1 months from date of recovery. After this period any property will be disposed of.
